London Printers Hit The Trade Floor

Brightside team went to an annual exhibition and had quite a remarkable time in Central London. Now, I’m not an economy expert but I have to say that there was a definite lift in positivity from the previous year. The air was buzzing with excitement all about the exhibition floor. We’re going to all lengths to become truly great London printers.

Even though there were less exhibition booths this year (great for us) the potential customers had plenty of valuable questions and interest. Are advertising resources increasing? I’m not sure but this was definitely an indication that the times are improving!

This previous week, even if extremely demanding, was the beginning of great things for Brightside. Our newer members of our sales team had learnt quite a bit. Our senior sales staff noticed it clearly from what they’d learnt from the year before.

The preceding year was Brightside’s first show and attendance was beneficial in its own way for us. We were definitely going to make positive improvements.

Now however, the hard work really begins. (Although at the time nothing could have seemed harder than standing on one’s feet solidly all day.) All of the leads are being followed. The gentleman that is looking to re-brand; the lady that has a conference that needs to produce an executive delegates pack is getting a call; the marketing manager that wants to source a print company with their own graphic design studio that can design their annual report is getting a call, and so on.

If you don’t follow up with your leads after spending a great deal of money and energy to generate them you are showing yourself to be a company that is not serious about their craft, and that speaks volumes to your potential clients.

Although previously described as our “annual” tradeshow, it has only become so in the past few days. The event sprung up out of the blue this year leaving us a couple of days to prepare. Our designers went into overdrive.

The print materials were produced, the foamex boards heat-sealed and the pantone matched hors d’ oeuvres were created: London print jobs are always on a quick turnaround. The next expo will find the Brightside team as ready as ever.

A Glance At The Services Of The Best London Print Company

The fact that the London print company was first established in 1989 and is still around today says a great deal about the company. The only way a business, any business, lasts for more than twenty years is by creating a good reputation. Today, the LPC is one of the finest printing company in both London and the United Kingdom.

Over the years, the LPC has learned that there are two ways to make sure that they have happy customers. The first is to really listen to their customers needs. They ask lots of questions about what the customer wants and how they are going to use the product. The fact that the business takes such a personal interest in each customer, makes the individual feel like they are important.

One of the things that they have learned over the years, is that while the customer usually has a pretty good idea of what they want, the idea can often be improved upon. The first thing the business does is look over the work that the customer gave them, and proofs it, making it mistake free. The next thing they do is tweak the design so it looks as awesome as it possibly can.

They have a variety of products that their customers can choose from. As of right now the business has the leaflets, stationary, and business cards that a person expects to be able to order from a print company. However the business extends its usefulness by also offering customizable merchandise that would be difficult to find anywhere else. Individuals can order stickers, show cards, and even fun printed envelopes. Anyone who is putting together and important document can have the company copy and bind their printed documentation.

The business has two goals. The first is to supply their customers with the best possibly product that they can. They want every single customer to get a good quality product. The second printing goal is to provide their customers with a great value.

They are definitely not afraid of change. They know that the key to survival is being able to evolve with the world. In 2003, after more than ten years of business, they realized that they were going to have to become involved with the Internet. In addition to creating a website, they set things up so that customers could order online and choose color printing.

There are several benefits to the printing.com website. The website provides a perfect platform to keep new and current customers informed about upcoming events, including sales. Many customers enjoy the convenience of being able to place their order online. Customers who prefer to deal with people face to face can use the website to locate the nearest branch store.

The London print shop is no longer just for people who call London home. The company is available for people all over the United Kingdom.
