What software or program can I use to make wine labels?
A friend of mine makes his own wine, and he is not computer literate at all! He is talking about signing up for computer classes Excel and things like that, which I KNOW is totally irrelevant to making custom made labels?
What can I suggest for him, he just wants to be able to make sticker labels for his wine bottles.

Fireworks is a very easy program.
The GIMP is just like Photoshop (functionality-wise) and it is free, as in free beer.
For the labels themselves you have a few options, for small scale projects you can have stickers made (since that’s all commercial labels are anyways), usually they’ll cost 5 cents a piece if you have 100 made. That’s the price at the press shop just down from my office.
OR
You could get sticker stock ( I don’t really know where to get that off hand) you can print them yourself using an inkjet printer.
Know of a good website to order custom labels for bottles?
I used to make up some gel wash and lotion with scents for friends and I might want to start doing it again but to sell this time so I need a good company that makes the plastic labels with custom information on them that I give, to put on plastic bottles so that they will be professional looking for me to maybe sell.
You should really learn how to do your own on photoshop or word if you want to keep you costs down and profit up.

Many people would be providing an answer here if they only knew what software you are using to print the labels. You cannot just print with the printer, you will need a software program to do so, Microsoft has a template in Microsoft Office, there are many free templates online as well.
Bank Statements
If you run a business or you are self employed then you really should keep all of your financial documents for six years at least. You should never throw old bank statements away unless you have shredded them first. Nowadays you can get reasonably priced paper shredders that will deal with your bank statements quickly and securely. If you don’t want a stranger to access your bank account then you should never throw away old statements unless they are shredded. It is all too easy for a thief to get hold of your old statements and use the information to take out loans and credit cards in your name. Get a paper shredder and save yourself a lot of trouble.
What is the best screen printing ink that last the longest?
I heard versatex is really good and a new ink aquatex is good too. What is the best ink for quality of professional screen printing? I am a DIY screen printer but just started up.
Speedball is the most popular and obtainable screen printing ink brand in America. They have 2 types — one for paper, one for fabric — but they both work for fabric.
It is that the fabric ink is thinner, making it simpler for the rough texture of fabric to pick up details. (You use a higher mesh count to print on fabric … so the holes in the silk are tighter, meaning the ink needs to be thinner). In my experience, all silk screen inks will be fine and wont wash off after you print on fabric, provided you waited long for the ink to dry.
