But I never tried to expose mesh with more density than 100.

You really need professional equipment to make 4 color process screens. We use a Workhorse Photosharp exposure unit. You will also have to have RIP software to make the films since they are all made up of halftone dots. There is also alot of prepress work needed in Photoshop to make sure the final print comes out right.

good job! how do you expose 305 mesh? I use 500W reflector, but I use only 43, 54 and 100 meshs. do I need to have a postscript printer to make films for 305? thanks

It was Unions …
It was Unions Plastisol 4 color process inks on a 305 mesh screen. They are runny and transparent so that the colors can mix on the shirt and create millions of colors.
